We minimized disruptions for users occupying the building, including an existing animal quarters in the basement, during construction through intense preconstruction scheduling sensitive equipment above and below.

Precise coordination of mechanical, electrical and plumbing allowed for extensive system upgrades and additions within highly congested spaces.

Proactive scheduling included two and three-week look ahead schedules that addressed noise and vibration impacts on affected building occupants.

The 3rd floor is the last to be renovated within the building. All others were renovated by Barr & Barr during previous renovations to E25.
