On Saturday, November 8th, Barr & Barr proudly joined the 4th Annual MediSys Gala as a Pillar Sponsor, supporting the MediSys Health Network’s mission to expand equitable cancer care across Queens. Held at Pier Sixty in New York City, the evening honored William S. Bernstein, Chair of the Board at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP, for his decades of strategic leadership and advocacy for MediSys.
The Barr & Barr team traded their hard hats and safety vests for evening gowns and black ties, celebrating alongside healthcare leaders, donors, and community advocates. The gala featured a fireside chat with Mr. Bernstein and MediSys CEO Bruce Flanz, moderated by Dr. Vin Gupta, and highlighted the impact of MediSys’ partnership with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
