As a Licensed NYC Site Safety Manager and Authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor, Ted has trained hundreds of trade professionals, instilling a safety-first mindset that continues to influence projects across New York and New Jersey. His leadership on high-profile projects and dedication to regulatory compliance have been instrumental in delivering safe, high-quality results for Barr & Barr’s clients. Beyond the workplace, Ted’s lifelong service as a volunteer EMT reflects his belief that safety and care extend far beyond the job site.
In recognition of his exceptional contributions, Ted has been honored with a Career Service Award from the AGC, celebrating his 30+ years of outstanding safety excellence. His leadership and values of honesty, integrity, and accountability have left a lasting imprint on Barr & Barr and the industry at large.
