We are pleased to share progress on the Marian Fathers New Monastery & Chapel. This project is comprised of a new monastery, dormitory, and chapel designed to support their growing community and mission. The monastery will include 40 private rooms, 20 offices, and a dedicated chapel for prayer and reflection, while the dormitory will provide accommodations for 40 priests, brothers, and seminarians serving at the National Shrine of Divine Mercy.
Current Project Milestones:
- Dorm Roofing: 75% Complete
- Dorm Siding: 75% Complete
- Interior Framing: 85% Complete
- MEP Rough-In: 60% Complete
- Drywall: Scheduled for Completion in Early 2026
- Interior Finishes: Winter Through Early Summer
- New Fire Pump House: Online by Mid-November
- Occupancy: Expected Summer 2026
