New state-of-the-art golf simulation center. Main building is 135,000-SF and the Annex Building (Players Warm-Up spaces) is 5,900-SF. Scope included: foundations, structure, and finishes for the main canopies at the site, as well as connections to the AHU’s and chiller lines, primary feeders, fire alarm and secondary panels. Also included: branch lines, trim, power for specialty vendors, fixtures, site lighting and landscape. Full service kitchen, food prep & storage, walk-in freezers, equipment storage and other areas also included. This facility provides multiple food and drink vendors, and features access to state-of-the-art golf simulators as well as celebrity golf demonstrations.  SoFi Center opened on-time, hosting its first competition with a live broadcast on ESPN, January 7, 2025.
