PROJECT DETAILS

AGC Build Boston Grand Honor Award Winner

The Law School was constructed over an underground parking garage

Tight urban site that required the relocation of utilities in order to support added capacity for new construction.

We minimized disruptions to the University campus and surrounding neighborhood through in-depth preconstruction logistics planning.

All spaces feature flexible, state-of-the-art data and multimedia capabilities. With 3,000 high-speed Internet connections, Suffolk Law ranks as one of the most technologically advanced law schools in the nation.

The MOOT courtrooms feature jury boxes, judge podiums and simulate audience seating.

The building is topped by an elegant skylight/clerestory that radiates into a multi-story great hall/atrium.

The building has enhanced the reputation of Suffolk University Law School locally and nationally and has advanced its role as a community leader.
