Groundbreaking at St. John’s Episcopal School, New Campus!

A vision years in the making took an exciting step forward yesterday as St. John’s Episcopal School broke ground on its beautiful New Campus! When completed, the new campus will transform a large site on Platt Street, connecting to downtown Tampa. This redevelopment project features a three-story academic building housing classrooms, administrative offices, collaborative learning spaces, multipurpose hall, cafeteria, arts and performance areas and flexible-use community rooms. It also includes: outdoor play fields, perimeter fencing, new stormwater infrastructure and 5-level parking garage with 155-spaces.  The groundbreaking ceremony itself was a huge success, with Mayor Jane Castor attending along with other notable dignitaries from the church and school. We’re grateful and excited to be part of this transformative project!
